Once your prescription has been approved and dispensed by our pharmacist, we aim to deliver your medication within 1 working day. Delivery is subject to stock availability and courier performance, which are outside our direct control.
Medications are dispatched in discreet, secure packaging. A signature may be required upon delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect delivery addresses provided by the customer or events beyond our reasonable control.
You may cancel your order prior to pharmacist approval and dispatch by contacting us immediately. Once a prescription has been dispensed and dispatched, we are unable to accept returns of prescription-only medications under UK law.
If your prescription is not approved by our clinical team, a full refund will be issued within 5–10 working days to your original payment method. Refunds for consultation fees may vary; please contact us for details specific to your order.
